Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublease my private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment at Ashdown House this summer.
Location: Ashdown House 5103-A, 235 Albany St, Cambridge, MA
Rent: $1050/month, all utilities + WiFi included
Duration: Flexible, but looking for at least a 1-month stay
Apartment Details
The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a really nice view from up here. It’s a simple, functional, and comfortable space that includes a shared bathroom and living area. The apartment has two other roommates.
Unlike some Ashdown units, this apartment does not have a built-in kitchen inside the suite, but I’ve set up the space to be very convenient for daily living. I will leave:
- 2 mini fridges (1 inside the bedroom, 1 outside)
- kettle
- air fryer
- rice cooker
- portable cooking pot/pan
There is also a shared kitchen on the 5th floor.
Bedroom Includes
Fully furnished private room with:
- twin XL bed
- desk
- bedside table
- large wooden shelf set
- 2 chests of drawers
- large cupboard/closet
- bed linen and pillows
The room comes furnished, but I can remove some items upon request if you’d prefer more space.
Building Amenities
Ashdown has lots of great amenities, including:
- gym
- game room
- music room
- study spaces
- weekly free dinners/social events
- laundry room in the building
A $100 security deposit is required and will be fully refunded assuming the room is left in good condition.
