Hi! I'm moving out of my apartment on May 25th and am looking for someone to sublet for the rest of my lease (until July 31). Two of my roommates terminated their lease early, so you'd only be living with one of my roommates (who is an angel). The apartment has two bathrooms, and the roommate on my side of the apartment who I shared a bathroom with is moving out, so you'd have a bathroom to yourself.
The room is furnished with a bed and dresser and desk, and there's closet space (the photo I took only shows half of the closet, sorry). There's a couch in the living room and a table and chairs in the kitchen, and the kitchen has lots of counter space.
This is honestly one of the nicest apartments I've ever lived in, so if you're looking for a place this summer, please reach out! $1546 is the rent Grad Junction charges, but I really am happy to discuss a different amount if this doesn't seem reasonable. Also happy to prorate!
