I will be moving into a new apartment and am trying to minimize the amount of double-rent I pay, so if you are looking for a room at some point during the timeframe between 6/3-7/31, I would love to sublease to you! I am renting this out below cost, at $300 a week (usual rent is $1624 a month).
Pictures of the apartment are attached. You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with another person. It has been kept very clean. Belongings and furniture that belong to me would be taken away, leaving a tidy room with the furniture MIT provides (bedframe with mattress, dresser, desk, end table closet, bookshelf, chairs, kitchen table).
