Room Details

• The room is a quiet single room fully furnished with everything shown in the photos, including a large single bed, study desk and office chair, microwave, refrigerator, 4K monitor, lamps, couch, side table, iron, and full kitchen utensils. The shelves and drawers will be cleared for your use before move-in.
• Please note that the minimum stay is 2 months. For stays longer than 2 months, a $100 discount will be provided.
• Two shared bathrooms and a small kitchen are located just outside the room. A larger kitchen and additional bathrooms are also available on the same floor within a 30-second walk. All kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned by staff every 1–2 days. A gym and laundry room are available in the basement.
• The location is excellent, overlooking the river with a stunning courtyard view. The building is within a 5-minute walk of MIT Sloan, the Kendall/MIT subway station, the Media Lab, MIT Medical, and MIT libraries.
