Apartment Details:
4th floor with TWO large windows. It’s a functional and comfortable space that includes a shared bathroom. Currently there is nobody living in the apartment, however new tenants might move in during your stay.
Bedroom is a fully furnished private room with:
- twin XL bed, sheets, pillow, heated mattress pad, and foam mattress topper, extra blankets
- desk and chair
- extra chair for guests
- bedside table
- large wooden shelf
- drawers under bed
- large cupboard/closet
- vacuum
- 2 monitors with hdmi cable
- 1 large full size-mirror
- mini fridge with separate freezer
- water pitcher and heater
rice cooker/instant pot, airfryer and blender
Please note there is no kitchen in the suite but there is a shared kitchen on the same floor. I will do my best clear some of my items to leave room for yours in the drawers and closet but some of my items will also be staying since I don't have anywhere else to put them. If you need more space, we can chat and I can see what I can move.
A $100 security deposit is required and will be fully refunded if left in original condition.
