I'm looking to sublicense my room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Ashdown. It’s a top-floor, east-facing apartment with plenty of natural light. I have two roommates who will likely sublet their rooms during the summer too.

The room is fully furnished, including:

• A queen-size bed (with a custom extension and new mattress, as all rooms at Ashdown typically have standard twin-size beds)
• Fully furnished bedroom: Wardrobe, nightstand table, shoe rack, coat hanger, and desk incl. Montior + HDMI
• Kitchen (utensils/cookery provided), fridge, and freezer
• 1 bathroom and living room
• On-site laundry and gym
