Sublicence the biggest room in the Warehouse! 

This is a 500-sqft efficiency (other dorms are typically 290~330 sqft), making it the most spacious efficiency available in the Warehouse (and one of the largest efficiencies as a graduate dorm).

The building is located on-campus with quick access to multiple transportation options:

1. A blue bike station across the street
2. A campus shuttle stop that take you to Costco, Trader Joes, Kendall, and Boston
3. 5 minutes away from the campus gym (Z-center)
4. 20 minutes away from Kendall (10 minutes by the campus shuttle)

The room comes fully furnished and includes additional furnitures shown in the pictures, including:

• Kitchen along with appliances (toaster, blender, etc.)
• A fridge + separate dedicated freezer
• An automatic standup desk (I can leave the monitors for your use if you'd like)
• A 50inch TV
• A full-sized bed
• A bathroom with a bathtub (only available on a small number of units)
• 2 AC units and an air purifier
• along with access to other ammenities and events in the Warehouse (full kitchen, rooftop terrace, bike room, regular social events)

Rent and dates are flexible.
